The seller's title flags 'Rough' and the photo supports significant wear: the upper-left and upper-right corners show obvious fraying and paper separation/peeling, consistent with VG or below. Surface appears dull with heavy gloss loss across the face, and there is visible soiling/toning on the card body. No single catastrophic crease is confirmed from this angle but the corner damage and paper lift at top-left are severe enough to cap this in the PR-FR to GOOD range; a hidden crease on the reverse (common with this era's paper stock) could push toward a 1. The 1940 Gum Inc. Superman set is notoriously fragile and heavily played examples are the norm — this copy shows heavy play.
