Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably wider than right (approximately 70/30 L/R), top border slightly wider than bottom (roughly 60/40 T/B), indicating moderate off-centering but not an egregious miscut. All four corners show visible rounding and wear consistent with handling — no sharp points remain, placing this solidly in the VG-to-VG-EX range at best. The white/light borders on the A&BC issue show toning and edge wear consistent with age, and there appears to be surface wear/gloss loss across the face, though no obvious hard crease is detectable from this photo. The card's overall presentation — rounded corners, border wear, and centering — points to a PSA 3 (VG) as the most likely grade, with a small chance of a 4 (VG-EX) if corners are slightly better than they appear and no hidden creases exist on the back.

Centering: left border ~15%, right border ~85% L/R; top border ~20%, bottom border ~80% T/B — severely off-center, borderline miscut territory. Surface has a highly visible blue/pen inscription or autograph across the middle of the card face, which constitutes writing on the card and is a major defect under PSA standards. Additionally, there are multiple visible creases across the surface (at least two prominent diagonal/crossing creases in the upper half), significant paper/surface wear, and corner rounding is evident on all visible corners. Gloss is substantially lost. The combination of writing, creases, and severe centering makes this a PR-FR (1) to GOOD (2) candidate at best; the pen inscription alone would typically prompt a 'Qualifiers' designation or authenticate-only status from PSA.
