1966 A&BC Batman Black Bat #38

Centering estimate: left border ~30%, right border ~70% left-to-right — notably off-center to the left; top border ~40%, bottom ~60% — moderate vertical shift. Corners: all four corners show visible rounding consistent with a VG-EX or lower range; upper-left and lower-right appear the softest. Edges: slightly rough but consistent with normal A&BC cutting standards for this era — no miscut or adjacent card printing visible. Surface: some light toning/yellowing on the cream border areas consistent with age, gloss appears partially retained in the image area but dulled toward edges; no creases are visible from this photo though the back cannot be assessed. The off-centering is the primary grade limiter here, pulling the ceiling down to EX (5) at best; corner rounding keeps the floor at VG (3).
