The watermark obstruction obscures the lower-center surface, preventing full assessment of any creases or staining in that zone; no obvious hard crease is visible in the unobstructed areas. Card edges appear reasonably intact with typical vintage roughness for A&BC stock. Absent the watermark obstruction and without corner closeups, range is widened — a clean surface under the overlay could push toward 5, while hidden creasing could pull toward 3.
