Index grading notes

Centering estimate: left border ~8mm, right border ~5mm, top border ~5mm, bottom border ~7mm — approximately 60/40 L/R and 60/40 T/B, which is reasonable but not tight; no miscut detected. Corners show visible rounding on at least two corners (upper-left and lower-right appear softened), consistent with a VG-EX to EX range. Surface shows moderate gloss loss and some general wear consistent with a well-handled vintage British issue; no creases are clearly visible from this photo but cannot be ruled out on the back. Edges appear slightly rough but this is normal for A&BC cuts; the overall condition most likely lands at VG-EX (4), with EX (5) possible if corners are better than they appear and no back issues exist.

Centering estimate: left border appears narrower than right (roughly 60/40 L-R favoring right), top border slightly narrower than bottom (approx 55/45 T-B) — centering is acceptable for EX range. Corners show light rounding on at least two visible corners (top-left and bottom-left appear slightly soft), consistent with a 5 EX card. Surface shows some gloss loss and light toning/aging typical of the A&BC British issue stock, but no obvious creases are visible from this photo. Edges appear reasonably clean with the rough-cut texture normal for A&BC press of this era; no miscut detected. Back cannot be assessed, and corner detail is limited by the photo angle, so the range is widened accordingly.
