1966 A&BC Batman Black Bat #54

Centering estimate: left border appears narrower than right (approximately 70/30 left-right), top border slightly wider than bottom (approximately 55/45 top-bottom) — moderate off-center but not severe enough alone to cap grade. Corners: upper-left corner shows visible rounding and wear; upper-right corner appears slightly rounded; lower corners are harder to assess but show some softening — consistent with VG-EX range. Surface: some gloss loss is apparent with light toning across the card face typical of A&BC stock aging; no obvious creases visible from this photo but surface texture suggests handling wear. Edges show the characteristically rough cut normal for A&BC issues so no penalty applied there; overall condition reads solidly VG-EX (4) with EX (5) possible if corners are cleaner than they appear and no hidden reverse defects exist.
