The CoMC watermark partially obscures the lower-center surface, limiting assessment of that region; no creases are clearly visible from the front but cannot be ruled out entirely, and the aged stock and corner rounding most comfortably place this in the VG-EX (4) range, with EX (5) possible if corners are crisper than they appear.
