Surface shows significant toning/yellowing on the white border areas and the card stock appears to have general wear and gloss loss across the face. A horizontal surface crease or stress line appears present in the lower-center area of the card, which is grade-defining; if confirmed as a crease this pushes toward VG (3) or lower. Back cannot be assessed from this image, and additional hidden flaws (staining, writing) could push this below a 3.
