Surface gloss appears partially present but dulled, with some toning visible on the white border areas typical of aged A&BC stock. The COM watermark obscures the central surface area, making it impossible to assess print defects, creases, or surface wear in that zone - this is the primary reason for the wide range and LOW confidence; a crease hidden beneath the watermark could push this to a 3.
