Centering appears roughly 60/40 left-to-right and 55/45 top-to-bottom from inspection of the visible border widths, which is not itself a major issue, but the card exhibits severe surface wear throughout. Heavy scratching and scuffing is visible across the red background, significant gloss loss is apparent, and the black border shows considerable edge and corner wear with rounding on at least two visible corners. The card edges appear rough and worn rather than simply rough-cut. No crease is definitively confirmed from this image, but the surface degradation alone is consistent with a PSA 2 GOOD grade; if a crease is present on closer inspection it would not change the estimate meaningfully. The COMC watermark partially obscures surface assessment in the lower center.
