Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably wider than right (~65/35 L/R), top and bottom borders appear roughly even (~55/45 T/B), so centering is off but not catastrophically so. Surface condition is the primary concern — there are multiple visible scratches/scuffs crossing the face of the card (particularly a prominent diagonal scratch running through the center-left area), along with what appears to be paper stress or a light crease in the upper-left quadrant; gloss appears heavily diminished. Corners show visible rounding on at least two corners visible from this angle, consistent with a VG to VG-EX range, but the surface scratches/scuffs drag the grade down toward VG (3) or even GOOD (2). The blue-teal color cast of the image makes it difficult to fully assess gloss loss, depth of creasing, or staining, which is why the range is widened; a collector should examine the card under good lighting before submitting.
