The card displays severe paper loss/tear in the right-center area, with a chunk of the card surface lifted or missing entirely, which constitutes major surface damage. All four corners show heavy rounding and wear. Edges are rough with fraying and creasing visible. There is significant overall soiling, gloss loss, and what appears to be additional surface scuffing throughout. The combination of paper loss (a tear/chunk missing) alone would cap this card at PSA 1 (Poor-Fair) territory under PSA standards; this is a heavily damaged raw card suitable mainly as a filler copy.

Centering estimate: left border appears notably wider than right (~65/35 left-heavy L/R), top border slightly wider than bottom (~55/45 T/B), so centering is off but not catastrophically so. Corners show visible rounding on all four, consistent with significant handling wear — no sharp points evident. Surface shows multiple light creases/scuffs visible across the card face, with some toning and gloss loss consistent with age and handling; the watermark partially obscures the center making full surface assessment difficult. Edges appear somewhat ragged with the rough-cut typical of OPC/Topps 1966 vintage stock, which should not be penalized heavily. Overall the rounded corners plus visible surface creasing and gloss loss point to a VG (3) grade, with VG-EX (4) possible if the creases are shallower than they appear at this resolution.
