Index grading notes
Centering estimate: left border ~15%, right border ~10%, top border ~12%, bottom border ~18% — left/right roughly 60/40, top/bottom roughly 40/60, so centering is passable but not tight. Corners show visible rounding at all four tips, most notably the upper-left and lower-right, consistent with VG-EX range. Surface shows some toning/yellowing on the cream border areas typical of aged OPC stock, and there is slight gloss loss visible across the face but no obvious crease is detectable from this photo. Edges appear reasonably clean without major chipping or fraying, though the cut is slightly rough which is normal for OPC production; the grade range of 3–5 reflects uncertainty about corner rounding severity and any back-side issues that cannot be assessed from this single front image.
Centering estimate: left border ~8mm, right border ~5mm, top border ~6mm, bottom border ~7mm — left/right roughly 60/40 to 65/35, top/bottom approximately 55/45; centering is off but not severely so. Corners appear lightly rounded with modest wear, consistent with EX to VG-EX range; no corner is sharp enough to suggest NM territory. Surface shows some gloss loss and minor toning typical of this 1966 vintage stock; no creases are visible from this photo, though a crease cannot be fully ruled out without a back-and-edge examination. Edges appear intact with no major chipping; rough cut texture is normal for OPC and is not penalized here.
Centering estimate: left border appears slightly wider than right (~55/45 L/R), top border moderately wider than bottom (~60/40 T/B) — centering is acceptable for NM-EX range. Corners appear reasonably crisp in this photo with no obvious rounding visible at this resolution, though the upper-left and lower-right corners warrant closer inspection. Surface gloss appears intact with no obvious creases, staining, or print defects visible; the yellow artwork area shows no distracting print snow. Edges appear clean with the rough-cut texture normal for 1966 OPC/Topps Batman issues; back cannot be assessed from this photo, and corner sharpness at extreme tips cannot be fully confirmed, so the range is widened to account for hidden wear.
