1966 OPC Batman Black Bat #21 Narrow Escape

Centering estimate: left border appears slightly wider than right (~55/45 L/R), top border appears slightly wider than bottom (~55/45 T/B) — centering is acceptable for EX range. There is visible handwritten inscription (appears to be initials or a mark) in the upper left corner of the card face, which is a significant surface defect that will cap the grade; PSA treats pen/pencil writing on the face as a qualifier or grade anchor. Corners appear to show light rounding consistent with EX to VG-EX wear. Surface gloss appears partially intact with some dulling; no visible creases from this photo, but the writing alone prevents grades above 5 and may trigger an 'MK' (marked) qualifier, potentially dropping PSA numeric to 4 or below.
