Centering estimate: left border appears narrower than right (~60% right-heavy), top border slightly wider than bottom — approximate L/R ratio 65/35, T/B roughly 55/45, centering is off but not severely miscut. Corners show visible rounding on at least two corners (bottom-left and top-left most visible), consistent with VG-EX to EX range. Surface shows some gloss loss and what appears to be light toning/aging on the white border areas; no obvious crease is visible in this scan but the image resolution limits certainty on fine surface creases. Edges appear reasonably clean for a vintage OPC issue with its characteristically rougher cut, which is normal for this set and not penalized heavily. The overall presentation reads mid-grade — rounding corners and off-centering push this toward a 4, with 5 possible if corners are sharper than they appear in this photo.
