1966 OPC Batman Blue Bat #3B Hydrofoil Hotspot — Raw

Centering estimate: left border ~4mm, right border ~6mm, top border ~5mm, bottom border ~3mm — approximately 60/40 L/R and 63/37 T/B, so centering itself is borderline acceptable, but other issues dominate. Corners show visible rounding on all four, most notably the bottom-left and top-right, consistent with a VG-range card. Surface shows significant toning/yellowing to the white border areas, gloss loss is evident across the face, and the card stock appears soft and worn throughout. The COMC watermark obscures the center surface making crease assessment difficult, but the overall border condition and corner rounding point to a PSA 3 VG as the most likely grade, with a possible stretch to 4 VG-EX if surface wear is lighter than it appears; the lower bound of 2 accounts for any hidden creases under the watermark.
