Index grading notes

Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably wider than right (roughly 70/30 L/R), top border slightly wider than bottom (approximately 60/40 T/B), so centering is off but not catastrophically miscut. Corners show visible rounding on at least two corners (lower-left and lower-right are clearly soft), consistent with VG-range wear. Surface shows significant gloss loss across much of the card face with what appears to be handling wear and possible light soiling or toning, particularly in the lower portion. No obvious hard crease is visible in this scan, but the overall surface wear and corner rounding firmly place this in the VG (3) range; if a hidden crease exists on the back or the corner rounding is more severe than the photo reveals, it could slip to a 2. The card identity is clearly the correct OPC Blue Bat #5B issue.

Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably wider than right (~65-70% left / 30-35% right), and top border is slightly wider than bottom (~55/45 T/B), placing left-right centering in the 4 VG-EX to 3 VG range at best. Corners show visible rounding on at least two corners (upper-left and lower-left most apparent), consistent with a VG grade. Surface shows a diagonal crease or heavy surface scratch running through the lower-left quadrant of the card face — this is a significant defect that strongly anchors the grade in the 2-3 range; if confirmed as a true crease it caps this card at PSA 3 at best. Gloss appears partially intact in the center but the crease/fold and corner wear combined with the off-centering make a grade above 4 very unlikely; back cannot be assessed from this photo.
