No obvious creases are apparent from this image, and the surface appears to retain moderate gloss with some print texture/snow typical of OPC issues. Edges show the rough-cut texture normal for 1966 OPC printings and should not be penalized heavily; however, the off-centering and corner wear suggest a grade in the EX to VG-EX range, with a point estimate of 5 (EX) being most likely pending back inspection.
