Surface gloss appears present but diminished, with some typical 1966 Topps toning on the white borders; no obvious creases are visible from this photo though the image resolution does not allow ruling out light surface creases. Edges appear reasonably clean with the rough cut texture normal for this vintage issue not penalized; the back and corners in closeup would be needed to confirm the upper end of this range.
