Centering estimate: left border appears notably wider than right (rough ratio ~65/35 L/R), top border slightly wider than bottom (~55/45 T/B) — left-to-right lean is the primary centering concern. Surface shows visible toning and soiling particularly in the upper-left quadrant where what appears to be pen/marker scribbling or ink marks are clearly visible — this is a significant surface defect that alone could cap the grade at PSA 3-4. Corners are obscured by the toploader but appear to show some rounding based on visible card edge wear; edges appear reasonably intact for a 1966 Topps card.
