The upper-left corner shows visible wear/rounding and what appears to be a surface crease or fold near that corner; the top-right corner also shows some rounding. The black border along the top-left shows chipping or edge wear. Surface gloss appears diminished overall with some toning visible. The top-left corner damage is the most grade-limiting factor — rounding plus possible crease pushes this into VG (3) territory, though the range extends to VG-EX (4) if that corner damage is shallower than it appears, or down to GOOD (2) if the crease is a hard fold.
