Index grading notes

Centering estimate: left border appears narrower than right (~60/40 L/R), top and bottom borders appear roughly equal (~55/45 T/B) — centering is workable but not strong. The surface shows a very visible diagonal crease running across the upper-center of the card image, which is a grade-limiting defect on its own; this alone pushes the card below PSA 5. Corner detail is difficult to assess precisely at this resolution but all four corners appear soft-to-rounded, consistent with a VG (3) card. The photo stock on Venezuelan issues is thinner and the color saturation is characteristically muted, which is period-correct and not a defect. The crease is the dominant issue here — without it this could reach 4-5, but with it PSA 3 is the most realistic single-grade estimate, with PSA 2 possible if the crease is deeper than it appears.

Centering estimate: left/right borders appear roughly 55/45 to 60/40 — acceptable; top/bottom borders look close to 55/45 — no severe centering issue apparent. The card shows visible wear: a horizontal surface crease is detectable across the lower-center portion of the card face, which is a significant grade-limiting defect pushing this below EX (5). Corners show moderate rounding consistent with a VG-EX (4) card — not sharp but not severely blunted. Edges appear somewhat rough but vintage Topps rough cuts are normal for this issue and are not penalized. Gloss appears partially intact with some dulling consistent with age and handling. The visible crease, combined with corner rounding, places this most likely at VG-EX (4); if the crease is shallower than it appears in this photo it could nudge to EX (5), and if deeper or accompanied by additional surface issues on the back it could fall to VG (3).

Centering estimate: left border appears slightly narrower than right (~55/45 L/R), top border appears noticeably tighter than bottom (~60/40 T/B) — acceptable for the grade range. Corners: at this resolution the corners appear somewhat rounded but not severely so; there is light wear visible suggesting minor corner rounding consistent with EX (5) or VG-EX (4) territory. Surface: gloss appears present but reduced, with no obvious creases visible in the photo — consistent with seller's EX to EX-MT claim. Edges show some roughness but rough cuts are normal for 1966 Topps Batman and should not be penalized; no clean view of all four corners or edges is available from this single photo, so the range is widened accordingly to account for hidden wear.
