Surface gloss appears partially retained but the scan/photo compression makes it difficult to confirm absence of creases or surface scuffs with confidence. Given visible corner softness and off-centering, EX (5) is the most probable grade, with EX-MT (6) possible if corners are sharper than they appear, and VG-EX (4) possible if there is unseen surface wear or a light crease on reverse.
