Centering estimate: left/right borders appear approximately 60/40 favoring left, top/bottom approximately 55/45 - centering itself is not catastrophic. However, there is a clearly visible diagonal line running across the upper-center of the card face that appears to be a crease or hard surface scratch - this is the dominant grade-killing defect. The orange border shows some wear and the card surface has lost gloss in areas. Corners cannot be assessed in fine detail from this angle but appear to show rounding consistent with a handled vintage card. If that diagonal mark is a crease (as it strongly appears), PSA 3 is the most likely outcome; if it is only a surface scratch/scuff on the sleeve rather than the card itself, the grade could approach 4-5, hence the widened range.
