Centering estimate: left border appears slightly wider than right (~55-60% left), top border slightly wider than bottom (~55% top) — overall centering looks acceptable in the NM-EX-MT range, perhaps 65/35 L/R. Blue border shows minor chipping/wear on at least the bottom-left corner area and the right edge appears slightly soft; top corners look reasonably sharp but one or both show light rounding under scrutiny. Surface gloss appears intact with no obvious creases visible, and print quality looks typical for OPC stock (slightly coarser than Topps). The holder/sleeve angle limits precise corner and edge assessment, particularly the upper-right and lower-right corners, which prevents a tighter range — a PSA 6 EX-MT is the most likely outcome given the blue border edge wear typical of this issue, but a clean 7 NM is possible if corners prove sharper in hand.
