Blue border shows visible chipping/wear along multiple edges, most notably the top and left edges where the blue is interrupted — a known characteristic of OPC stock which is softer than Topps. Corner detail is partially obscured by image resolution but at least two corners (top-left, bottom-left) show visible rounding and wear consistent with VG-EX to EX range. Surface gloss appears partially intact but dulled; no obvious hard crease is visible from this angle though the card scan cannot rule one out on the reverse. The bilingual caption (English/French) is the decisive OPC identifier on the front.
