Centering estimate: left border appears narrower than right (~60/40 L/R favoring right), top and bottom borders look roughly even (~55/45); centering is passable but not tight. Blue borders show visible chipping and wear on at least two corners (top-left and bottom-left appear rounded/dinged), consistent with the known fragility of the OPC/Topps blue-border series. Surface shows mild gloss loss and light toning typical of the era but no obvious creases or staining are detectable from this scan. The image resolution is not sharp enough to rule out fine print defects or light edge wear, so the range is widened; a clean EX (5) feels most likely, with EX-MT (6) possible if corners and edges hold up under close inspection.
