Centering estimate: left border appears narrower than right (roughly 60/40 L/R favoring right), top border slightly wider than bottom (roughly 55/45 T/B) — centering is off but not catastrophically so. Blue border shows visible chipping and wear along all four edges, most notably the top-left and right edges where blue has flaked and surface scuffing is apparent. Corners appear rounded on at least two visible corners (upper-right and lower-left), consistent with a grade-4 range. Surface shows scattered print snow typical of OPC stock and a noticeable scuff or surface disturbance in the upper-right quadrant of the photo area; no obvious crease is confirmed from this angle but cannot be ruled out. Overall condition is consistent with VG-EX (4) with a possible floor of VG (3) if reverse or closer inspection reveals a crease.
