Index grading notes

Centering on the die-cut sticker itself appears reasonably balanced left/right (roughly 55/45) and top/bottom (roughly 60/40), though the red border is the reference rather than a traditional card border. The corners of the die-cut shape show visible rounding/softening, consistent with handling wear, placing this in the EX to VG-EX range. The surface image appears intact with moderate gloss retention and no obvious creases visible from this scan, though compression makes it hard to rule out light surface wear or sticker-layer lifting. The copyright line at the bottom reads '© 1977 20TH CENTURY-FOX FILM CORP' which is consistent with both Topps and OPC printings; front photo cannot distinguish the two issuers.

Centering on the sticker image within the die-cut appears reasonably centered left/right (roughly 55/45) and top/bottom (roughly 60/40), which is acceptable for the grade range. The red die-cut border shows no obvious chipping or significant edge wear visible at this resolution, and the yellow name banner appears clean with no visible creasing. Corners on the die-cut sticker form are slightly soft but not aggressively rounded, consistent with EX-MT to NM range; however, the sticker surface shows some light soil or minor wear marks on the C-3PO image that prevent a push toward 7-8. The peel/adhesive backing condition and any potential sticker lift cannot be assessed from this single front image, which is the primary uncertainty widening the range.
