Centering estimate: left border appears notably wider than right (~65-70% left bias), top border slightly wider than bottom, approximating 65/35 L-R and 60/40 T-B — centering is off but not catastrophically so. More critically, the surface shows significant soiling, staining, and what appears to be multiple surface scuffs or light creases across the lower two-thirds of the card face, consistent with a VG or lower grade. The blue borders show visible chipping/wear along all edges, which is common for this Mexican issue but here is more pronounced than typical. Corner detail is difficult to assess precisely at this photo resolution but at least two corners appear noticeably rounded. The combination of surface dirt/staining, border wear, and corner rounding points to a VG (3) as the most likely grade, with VG-EX (4) possible only if some apparent creases are shadow artifacts, and GOOD (2) possible if the surface damage is more severe than it appears.
