Index grading notes

Centering estimate: left border ~6mm, right border ~3mm, top border ~5mm, bottom border ~4mm — approximate L/R ratio 65/35 to 70/30, T/B ratio 55/45; centering is off but not catastrophic. The blue borders show significant chipping and wear across multiple edges, most notably the top and left borders where white paper shows through the blue ink in several spots — this is the dominant grade-killer on this card. All four corners appear rounded to varying degrees; at least two corners (top-left and bottom-right) show moderate-to-heavy rounding consistent with a VG to VG-EX range at best. Surface shows visible gloss loss and some light soiling or handling marks. No obvious hard creases are detectable from this photo, though the photo angle and resolution limit certainty on surface creases. The border chipping alone on a Mexican blue-border issue pushes this card into the VG (3) range; if a hidden crease is present it could fall to a 2.
