Centering estimate: left border appears notably wider than right (roughly 70/30 L/R), top and bottom appear more balanced at approximately 55/45 T/B — centering is off but not miscut territory. The blue borders show significant chipping and wear along all four edges, consistent with heavy handling; this is the most damaging visible defect. Corners appear rounded and soft at all four points, with the bottom-left and top-right corners showing the most wear — consistent with a PSA 3 (VG) grade. Surface gloss appears largely intact with some print snow typical of the Mexican issue, but no obvious creases are confirmed from this single photo, though the surface texture in the photo makes it difficult to rule one out entirely. Overall condition reads as a well-loved vintage Mexican issue in the VG range; a hidden crease could push this to a 2.
