Centering estimate: left border appears notably wider than right (~65/35 L/R), top border slightly wider than bottom (~55/45 T/B), so horizontal centering is a meaningful concern. The blue borders show visible chipping and wear around all edges, consistent with this set's known fragility. All four corners appear rounded to varying degrees — at least two corners show clear rounding visible at normal viewing distance, consistent with VG or VG-EX territory. Surface shows scattered print snow/spotting typical of the Mexican issue but also apparent general gloss loss and light handling wear. No obvious hard crease is visible from this photo, but the overall wear pattern (corner rounding, border chipping, gloss loss) points squarely to a PSA 3 VG grade, with VG-EX (4) possible if corners are slightly better than they appear in this angle-distorted image and no crease is present on reverse.
