Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably wider than right (~65-70% left), top border slightly wider than bottom (~55-60% top), placing L/R around 65/35 and T/B around 55/45 — centering is off but not catastrophic. The blue borders show significant chipping and wear along all four edges, consistent with the known fragility of this Mexican issue. Corner assessment reveals visible rounding on at least two corners (upper-left and lower-left are most visible), suggesting moderate-to-heavy wear. Surface shows general gloss loss and some soiling/toning across the image area. No creases are definitively visible from this photo, but the overall wear pattern and border chipping point to a VG (3) grade, with a floor of 2 if a hidden crease exists on the back or corners are worse than they appear.
