Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably wider than right (roughly 65-70% left-heavy L/R), top border slightly wider than bottom (~60/40 T/B), so centering is off but not catastrophically miscut. Blue borders show visible chipping and wear along all four edges, consistent with the known fragility of the Mexican blue-border printing. Corners appear rounded and soft — at least two corners (bottom-left and top-right visible) show clear wear and rounding, consistent with a VG (3) grade.
