Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably wider than right (roughly 70/30 L/R), top border slightly wider than bottom (roughly 60/40 T/B) - centering is off but not catastrophically so. Corners show visible rounding and wear, particularly the lower-left and upper-right, consistent with VG-range handling wear. The blue border shows chipping and scuffing typical of this Mexican issue, with surface scratches/scuffs visible across the front of the card - this is the primary grade-killer here. There is also what appears to be a light surface crease or handling mark in the lower-left quadrant of the image area visible under the photo. Gloss appears largely intact in the image area but the border wear and corner condition point firmly to a VG (3) grade, with VG-EX (4) possible if the surface marks are shallower than they appear; PR-GOOD (2) is the floor if a crease confirms under better lighting.
