The blue borders show visible chipping and wear along all four edges, consistent with the known fragility of this Mexican issue's blue borders. All four corners appear rounded/soft with at least moderate wear visible even at this photo distance - no sharp corners detected. Surface shows loss of gloss and what appears to be light soiling or foxing on the photo area; no obvious hard crease is confirmed from this angle but cannot be ruled out given overall wear level. The combination of rounded corners, edge chipping on blue borders, centering issues, and surface wear points to a VG (3) grade, with VG-EX (4) possible if corners are slightly better than they appear and no crease exists on the back.
