Centering estimate: left border appears narrower than right (roughly 60/40 L-R favoring right), top and bottom borders appear moderately uneven (~65/35 T-B); centering alone is not grade-killing but adds to concern. Blue border shows significant chipping and wear along all four edges, most notably at the top and bottom. All four corners appear visibly rounded/blunted — no sharp corners remain, consistent with heavy handling. Surface shows scattered scuffing, scratching and soiling across the photo area, with gloss largely absent. No obvious hard crease is visible in this photo but surface wear is extensive. Overall condition is consistent with a PSA 3 (VG) with the possibility of a 2 if closer inspection reveals a crease or more severe surface damage than the single photo reveals.
