Centering estimate: left border appears notably wider than right (~65-70% left), top border slightly wider than bottom (~55-60% top), placing L/R around 65/35 and T/B around 55/45 — centering is off but not catastrophically so. More critically, the blue borders show significant chipping and white scuffing throughout, particularly visible across the top and along the left edge, consistent with heavy surface wear. The photo image itself shows considerable 'print snow' / surface scuffing — white speckling across the dark image area that appears to be surface wear rather than print defect alone.
