Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably wider than right (roughly 70/30 L/R), top border slightly wider than bottom (roughly 60/40 T/B) — centering is off but not catastrophically miscut. The blue borders show visible chipping and wear along all four edges, consistent with typical Mexican-issue handling; edge wear is moderate to heavy. Corners appear rounded on at least two to three corners visible in the photo, suggesting significant handling wear consistent with a VG to VG-EX range. Surface gloss appears largely lost with noticeable print snow/toning typical of the Mexican issue, and the overall card shows the kind of wear that places it solidly in the 3–4 range; the perspective angle limits precise corner and surface assessment, so the range is widened accordingly.
