Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably wider than right (~65-70% left bias L/R), top border moderately wider than bottom (~60/40 T/B) - centering is off but not miscut. Blue borders show visible chipping and wear along all four edges, consistent with the known fragility of this Mexican issue's blue borders. All four corners appear rounded or blunted, with the lower-left corner showing the most significant rounding. Surface presents with scattered print snow/spotting typical of the Mexican printing, and there is apparent gloss loss across the image area. No obvious hard creases are visible from this photo, but surface scuffing and border wear push this squarely into the VG-to-VG-EX range; back is unseen so a crease cannot be ruled out, warranting a conservative floor of 2.
