Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably wider than right (roughly 70/30 L-R), top border slightly wider than bottom (roughly 60/40 T-B) — centering is off but not catastrophically so. The red border shows visible chipping and wear along the top edge, which is characteristic of this series but here it is pronounced enough to be a real deduction. Corners appear rounded, particularly the top-left and bottom-left, consistent with a VG-EX to EX range. Surface shows some light handling wear and possible light scuffing but no obvious crease is visible from this angle; the image is shot at a slight perspective angle which obscures corner detail and may hide a crease. The seller's 'EX' claim feels slightly optimistic given the border/corner wear visible; VG-EX (4) is the most likely grade, with EX (5) possible if corners are better than they appear and no crease is hidden.
