Corners appear rounded at all four points with the upper-right looking the worst. Surface gloss is largely gone. Given the centering issue (possibly OC), visible corner rounding, likely crease, and border wear, this card most plausibly grades PSA 3 VG, with 2 possible if the crease is more severe than visible here and 4 possible if the crease is a photo artifact only.
