Index grading notes

Centering estimate: left border appears notably wider than right (roughly 70/30 L-R), top and bottom borders look more balanced at approximately 60/40 T-B — centering is off but not catastrophically so for this series. Surface shows visible gloss loss and what appears to be light print wear or handling marks across the image area; the yellow border shows some chipping or wear consistent with typical 1977 Star Wars handling. Corners cannot be examined in close-up detail through the sleeve but at least two corners appear to show light rounding rather than sharp points, suggesting EX to VG-EX range. The sleeve glare obscures fine surface detail, so a hidden crease or heavier surface wear cannot be ruled out, warranting a wider range; at face value the card presents as a mid-grade EX specimen.

Centering estimate: left/right borders appear roughly 60/40 favoring left, top/bottom approximately 55/45 — centering is off but not severely so, consistent with EX-EX-MT range. Corners cannot be assessed cleanly due to sleeve glare and card curl, but no obvious heavy rounding or creasing is visible; corners appear to show light wear consistent with EX to EX-MT. The yellow border shows no dramatic chipping visible at this resolution. Surface gloss appears moderate with no obvious creases, but the sleeve glare and curl in the lower-left area obscure approximately 20% of the card, preventing confident corner and edge assessment. Given the uncertainty introduced by the sleeve obstruction and curl, the range is widened; a clean re-photograph outside the sleeve would be needed to narrow the estimate.
