Index grading notes

Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably narrower than right (~60-65% right-heavy), top border slightly narrower than bottom — approximately 60/40 L/R and 55/45 T/B, which is borderline but not OC-qualifying on its own. The yellow border shows some chipping/wear along the left and bottom edges consistent with typical 1977 Star Wars handling. Corners are difficult to assess precisely due to sleeve glare obscuring the right-side corners, but the visible top-left and bottom-left corners appear to have mild rounding consistent with an EX (5) grade. Surface gloss appears partially present but shows some wear/loss, and there is minor print texture visible in the image portion. No creases are visible, but the sleeve glare prevents confident assessment of the right corners and edges — the range is widened accordingly.

The card is photographed curved over denim, making precise centering and corner assessment difficult. Left/right borders appear roughly 55/45 favoring left, top/bottom roughly 60/40 favoring top - centering is passable but hard to confirm due to the bend. The curvature itself is a concern: it could indicate a paper crease or simply the way it was placed for the photo. Corner detail is obscured by the angle and low resolution - no razor-sharp corners are visible but no extreme rounding is apparent either. The yellow border shows no obvious heavy chipping visible at this resolution, and surface gloss appears present but muted. The card needs to be examined flat with corner and back inspection before a reliable grade can be assigned; the range is wide due to the obstructive photograph angle.
