The blue border shows visible chipping and edge wear along multiple sides, consistent with heavy handling. Corners appear rounded — upper-left and lower-left show the most evident blunting, consistent with a VG to VG-EX range at best. The photo exhibits significant chromatic aberration (red/cyan fringing) which obscures precise surface assessment, but horizontal line artifacts across the image face suggest either surface creasing or print/scan noise; if actual creases, this caps the grade at 3 or lower. Gloss appears reduced, consistent with moderate wear. The seller's 'VGEX' self-assessment seems optimistic given the visible corner rounding and possible surface crease; PSA 3 (VG) is the most defensible single estimate, with the range spanning 2–4 depending on whether the scan artifacts represent true creases.
