Shaded band is the middle half of live Buy It Now asking prices, 6-hour intervals; the line is the median. Auctions are excluded - a climbing bid is not an asking price. The scale follows the asking prices, so a sale well outside them is pinned to the edge rather than flattening the band.middle halfconfirmed salebest offer, at its cap

1977 TOPPS STAR WARS CARD #237 GREEN SERIES HIGH GRADE EXCEL
Estimated grade: 5 (4–6) · MEDIUM confidence · asking $3.99

Centering: left border appears slightly wider than right (~55/45 L/R), top border appears notably wider than bottom (~65/35 T/B), so vertical centering is the primary concern but not severely off. The green borders show some visible chipping/wear along the edges, particularly on the left side where small nicks are apparent. Corners appear to have light rounding — not sharp, suggesting minor wear consistent with EX to EX-MT range; no corners appear severely blunted. Surface shows acceptable gloss with no obvious creases visible, though a single-sided photo limits full assessment. Overall the card presents as a solid EX (5) with the possibility of EX-MT (6) if corners are sharper than they appear, or VG-EX (4) if edge wear is more significant upon closer inspection.

1977 Topps Star Wars The Deadly Grip of Darth Vader #237 1t8
Estimated grade: 5 (4–6) · MEDIUM confidence · asking $7.73

Centering: left border appears slightly wider than right (~55/45 L/R), top border visibly narrower than bottom (~60/40 T/B) — centering is acceptable but not tight. The green border shows some chipping/wear along the edges consistent with this series; left and bottom edges appear lightly worn. Corners: at this resolution the corners look slightly soft but not severely rounded — consistent with EX to EX-MT range. Surface gloss appears moderate with no obvious creases visible, though the photo is a standard seller shot that cannot fully reveal fine surface wear or back condition. Given the visible border edge wear and soft corners, EX (5) is the most likely grade, with EX-MT (6) possible if corners hold up under closer inspection.
