1977 Topps Star Wars Animating the Chessboard Creatures #326

Estimated grade: 5 (4–6) · MEDIUM confidence · asking $11.18

Centering estimate: left border appears slightly wider than right (~60/40 L/R), top border appears slightly wider than bottom (~55/45 T/B) — centering is acceptable for a PSA 7 standard but the overall condition knocks it down. Surface shows visible diagonal scratches/scuffs across the photo area, which are the primary grade killers here; these appear to be surface wear rather than creases but are clearly visible even at this resolution. Corners appear to have moderate rounding — better than VG but not sharp enough for NM territory, consistent with EX range. Orange border shows no obvious chipping visible from this angle. The surface scratches/scuffs are the decisive flaw, likely placing this in EX (5) territory, with VG-EX (4) possible if any of those marks prove to be light creases on inspection.
