The orange borders show no obvious chipping visible at this resolution but close inspection of corners suggests light rounding on at least two corners (lower left and upper right appear slightly soft). Surface gloss looks reasonably intact with no obvious creases detectable from this view, though the image resolution and slight angle prevent confident corner and edge assessment. The seller's '7oe' notation may indicate off-center qualifier consideration; range is widened accordingly given limited resolution and angle.
