Index grading notes

Centering estimate: left border appears narrower than right (~60/40 L/R favoring right), top and bottom borders appear closer to 55/45 — within NM-MT range vertically but slightly pushed horizontally. Blue borders show visible chipping/wear particularly along the left and top edges, which is characteristic of this set but still grade-relevant. Corners appear to have light wear on at least two corners (top-left and bottom-left show slight blunting), consistent with EX-MT to NM territory. Surface shows some scattered print defects and what appears to be minor gloss loss or handling marks visible in the photo reflections; no creases are evident. The seller's 'NRMT' claim appears optimistic — the blue border chipping and corner wear more realistically place this in the EX-MT (6) range, with NM (7) possible if corner wear is lighter than it appears under the angle distortion.

Centering estimate: left blue border appears noticeably wider than right (roughly 70/30 L/R), top and bottom borders look closer to 55/45 T/B — centering is off but not severely miscut. The blue borders show visible chipping/wear particularly along the right edge, which is characteristic of this set but still grade-penalizing. Corners appear rounded with at least light-to-moderate wear on visible corners; no sharp points are evident at this resolution, consistent with VG-EX to EX range. Surface shows some scuffing or handling wear with reduced gloss visible even through the image compression; no obvious hard crease is confirmed but cannot be ruled out on the back or in shadowed areas. The hand-held angle and glare limit assessment of the lower-left corner and full surface condition — range is widened accordingly.
